About the Role
We are looking for an App Adoption Specialist who will help property owners successfully adopt and use the FusionStays mobile application. The role involves communicating with homeowners and hospitality partners across India, guiding them through onboarding, app usage, and resolving basic queries.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with homeowners, homestay owners, hotel partners, and hospitality vendors.
- Guide partners through the app onboarding and adoption process.
- Explain app features and benefits in a simple and professional manner.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve app adoption and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding support.
- Update CRM records and maintain partner communication data.
- Occasionally travel when required for partner coordination and onboarding support.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, client servicing, onboarding, or relationship management.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Neutral Hindi accent preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, Google Workspace, and mobile applications.
- Good interpersonal, coordination, and convincing skills.
- Organized and proactive work approach.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in hospitality, travel, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.
- Prior experience in app onboarding or partner engagement roles.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and reporting tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Number of partners onboarded successfully.
- App adoption and active usage rate.
- Client satisfaction and follow-up efficiency.
- Accuracy of CRM updates and onboarding records.
