We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–2 years of experience in international trade/export sales. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of export processes, international markets, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate new international business opportunities through various platforms
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients
* Handle end-to-end export sales process including inquiry, quotation, negotiation, and order closure
* Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, documentation, and shipment
* Manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.)
* Understand and apply Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP) and payment terms (LC, TT, DP, DA)
* Conduct market research to identify new countries and potential buyers
* Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Requirements:
* 1–2 years of experience in export sales / international business development
* Basic knowledge of export documentation and logistics
* Familiarity with international payment terms and trade practices
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
* Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in agricultural / FMCG / commodity exports (optional)
* Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation platforms
