Job Summary
The IT CCNA Engineer will be responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networking devices and IT infrastructure. The candidate should possess practical knowledge of networking, cabling, software installation, and allied product configuration to support customer and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, modems, and network devices.
- Perform LAN setup, modem configuration, and network connectivity testing.
- Carry out network cabling, cable dressing, and RJ45 crimping.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
- Configure and install third-party and allied products as per project requirements.
- Use multimeters and testing tools for basic electrical and networking diagnostics.
- Perform soldering work for network and electronic equipment when required.
- Support site installations, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain documentation of installations, configurations, and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
Required Skills
- Networking fundamentals and CCNA-level knowledge.
- Device configuration and troubleshooting.
- LAN and modem configuration.
- RJ45 crimping and structured cabling.
- Soldering and use of multimeters.

Experience
- Minimum 1.5 years experience in networking, IT support, or field engineering preferred.
