About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our mobile phone and accessories showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and extensive experience in the mobile retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales and business targets.
Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales of mobile phones, accessories, and related products through online and offline channels.
Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Manage inventory, stock movement, and product displays effectively.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for stock availability and procurement.
Monitor showroom expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and product knowledge.
Collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree / Graduation (Preferred)
Experience
8–10 years of experience in the Mobile Phone & Accessories industry.
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Showroom Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Skills Required
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Good understanding of mobile phones, accessories, and retail operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
