Responsibilities and Duties
- Accounts knowledge
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Reply to messages
- Provide information to callers
- Greet people/person/visitor entering organization
- Direct a person/people to correct destination
- Deal with queries from the visitors and staff
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Control inventory relevant to reception area
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Key Skills: Required Experience and Qualifications Graduate/ Under graduate Good Communication Skill

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
