We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring quality talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely closure of positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and campus drives.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary packages and roll out offer letters.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
- Coordinate background verification and joining formalities.
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
