Position Overview
Reflex Projects is looking for a proactive and technically sound Project Coordinator to oversee day-to-day construction and interior execution activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, quantity measurement, preparation and verification of measurement sheets, verification of RA bills, contractor and vendor billing, and quality control.
What You'll Be Doing
Supervise Site Work: Monitor daily construction activities and ensure timely project execution.
Measure Quantities: Take accurate site measurements for all site activities of exterior and interior.
Verify Bills: Check contractor bills against actual work completed and measured quantities.
Ensure Quality: Monitor workmanship and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate Teams: Work closely -with contractors, labour, vendors, architects, and consultants.
Inspect Progress: Conduct regular site inspections and report project updates to management.
Manage Materials: Verify material consumption and maintain basic site records.
Resolve Site Issues: Identify execution challenges and coordinate timely resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering is considered a plus.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction & Interior site supervision.
- Knowledge of civil construction, finishing, and interior works.
- Experience in quantity surveying, site measurements, and bill verification.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
