Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
· Handle customer inquiries and provide information about company products and services.
· Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, requirements and pending updates.
· Maintain and update customer records, call details, and follow-up logs.
· Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and appointments.
· Coordinate with internal departments and follow up to ensure timely completion of requirements.
· Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
· Prepare daily call reports and follow up reports.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
