We are looking for a skilled CCTV & Network Maintenance Technician responsible for the operation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV Surveillance Systems, Networking Equipment, and EPABX Systems. The candidate will ensure uninterrupted functioning of all security and communication systems and provide immediate support during breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CCTV Surveillance Systems, NVRs, Network Switches, LED TVs, Racks, and associated equipment.
- Monitor CCTV systems and ensure continuous functionality.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve faults in CCTV, networking, and EPABX systems.
- Maintain KTS Phones, CLI Phones, Patch Panels, Patch Cords, and Network Infrastructure.
- Attend breakdown calls and provide immediate technical support.
- Conduct testing, repair, and replacement of faulty components.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and incident records.
- Coordinate with site management for smooth operation of all systems.
- Work in rotational shifts, including Sundays and holidays as required.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma/Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Networking, or related field.
- Experience in CCTV, Networking, and EPABX maintenance.
- Knowledge of NVR, DVR, IP Cameras, Network Switches, and Structured Cabling.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
