Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Assistant Project Manager with 1–2 years of experience to independently manage landscaping projects from initiation to completion. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per company quality standards while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of landscaping and horticulture projects.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines, manpower, and material utilization.
- Coordinate procurement of plants, materials, irrigation systems, and site resources.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendor performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare project progress reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Resolve site-related issues and implement corrective actions to avoid project delays.
- Ensure timely project handover and closure with complete documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in project execution or project management.
- Experience in landscaping, horticulture, civil works, infrastructure, or related industries is preferred.
- Experience in handling multiple project sites and client coordination is desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
