* Role: Customer Support Associate / Executive

* Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
* Working Hours: 9.5-hour shift (Inclusive of breaks)
* Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs per week
Compensation & Benefits

* Gross Salary: Up to ₹4.8 LPA (Depending on experience & last drawn CTC)
* In-Hand Salary: ₹36,000 per month
* Allowances: ₹1,500 monthly Travel Allowance
Candidate Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

* Experience: Minimum 1 year of stable experience in an International Voice Process.
* Education: Minimum 12th Pass / HSC qualified.
* Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills (Strictly C1 Level).
* Technical Skills: Typing speed of 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
* Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
Key Responsibilities

* Handling inbound/outbound customer queries via voice calls for international clients.
* Providing accurate resolution and ensuring high-quality customer satisfaction.
* Maintaining precise documentation and data entry during live interactions.
