Job description:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Video Editor (On-Site) to join our team, specializing in editing talking head YouTube videos. This role is ideal for someone who understands YouTube content trends, has a good eye for detail, and is eager to grow in the digital content space. Freshers with strong editing skills and creativity are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Edit talking head-style videos for YouTube with smooth transitions and high retention pacing
- Add relevant B-roll, text, graphics, memes, music, and sound effects to enhance the content
- Trim unwanted pauses, filler words, and maintain engaging flow
- Understand and follow trending YouTube editing styles and formats
- Collaborate with the content team for timely delivery and feedback
- Maintain brand consistency and storytelling clarity in all videos
Qualifications
- Basic to advanced knowledge of editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect, or similar
- Understanding of YouTube content styles and storytelling techniques
- Good listening and comprehension skills in English (spoken English is a plus)
- Creativity, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt quickly
- A strong sense of timing, visuals, and sound
- Portfolio or editing samples (even small personal projects or YouTube videos are acceptable)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
