Position Details – National Operations Manager
Roles & Responsibility –
- Lead end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth inbound, outbound, inventory, dispatch, and reverse logistics processes.
- Manage the national logistics network, transportation, freight operations, and 3PL partners to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective operations.
- Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, audits, and effective management of warehouse operations and inventory movement.
- Develop, implement, and standardize SOPs while ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, safety standards, and operational audits.
- Monitor warehouse budgets, logistics costs, MIS reports, and operational KPIs, driving cost optimization and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Lead warehouse managers, supervisors, and operational teams while collaborating with sales, procurement, finance, e-commerce, and customer service teams to ensure seamless business operations.
Requirements –
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or 3PL operations, with exposure to managing multi-location operations.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, OMS, WMS, inventory management, logistics planning, and MS Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP).
- Hands-on experience in vendor management, freight optimization, warehouse operations, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive operational excellence.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
