Urgent Requirement: Telecaller / Telesales Executive
We are looking for result-oriented and experienced Telesales Executives / Telecallers to join our growth-focused team in Dwarka, Delhi. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound telecalling to prospective clients from provided leads and database.
- Pipeline Management: Manage lead pipelines efficiently, keeping detailed records of call updates and maintaining a rigorous daily follow-up tracker.
- Sales Conversion: Understand customer requirements over the call, pitch appropriate services/products, handle objections confidently, and close deals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales conversion metrics.
- Reporting: Maintain a disciplined routine of daily sales activity logs and progress reporting.
Mandatory Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Multiple years of dedicated, pure sales experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Inside Sales roles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills in English/Hindi over calls.
- Mindset: Highly energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable handling objections to drive revenue.
- Discipline: Strong understanding of the sales funnel and the discipline required for consistent follow-up cycles.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
- Incentives: Uncapped, highly attractive performance-linked incentive structure (Opportunity to earn up to 3X of fixed salary)
- Job Location: Kapashera Border, Delhi (In-office role)
