Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a US IT Technical Recruiter with successful history of making public sector closures . The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting. The Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for communication and maintaining relationships with candidates.
Qualifications
- Full-life cycle recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with candidates (and their employers if required)
- Experience in hiring and staffing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the software industry is a plus
Experience and ethics
Must have impeccable ethics and honesty.
Must have at least 5 years of experience resourcing for public sector clients in the USA
Must have a consistent track record of making 6+ closures in a year.
Must be able expert in rate negotiation
Experience working on US EST time zone.
