We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, generating quality leads, improving ROI, and scaling campaigns effectively.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns for clients across different industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
- LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
- Generate high-quality leads and improve campaign ROI
- Create campaign strategies based on client goals and target audience
- Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, and conversions
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Set up and manage:
- Meta Pixel
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics
- Conversion tracking
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for ad creatives
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Optimize funnels and landing page performance
- Stay updated with latest advertising trends and platform updates
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion optimization
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience working remotely and meeting deadlines
- Basic knowledge of funnel building and landing pages is a plus
