Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Design Cafe process (under Homelane). This role involves voice-based customer interaction and coordination in the home interior solutions segment. The role is based on strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and a regional language. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in customer service and home design support.
You will be expected to handle client queries with professionalism, manage post-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction. You must be flexible to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off. Please note that no cab facility is provided.
Candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience are preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills and interest in the home/interior space are also welcome.
This is a walk-in recruitment process scheduled for Monday, and shortlisted candidates must meet Mr. Chandra only. Any candidate approaching another team or misdirected will not be entertained.
Salary Structure:
- Experienced: ₹25,000 CTC / ₹21,000 take-home + incentives
- Fresher: ₹22,000 CTC / ₹18,000 take-home + incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and support customer inquiries
- Coordinate with design teams and customers regarding their orders
- Manage follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Maintain CRM entries and ticketing systems as per process
- Deliver high customer satisfaction and professionalism during interactions
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication in English
- Fluency in Hindi and one regional language
- Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage)
- Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism
Qualification:
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 0–2 years (6+ months experience preferred with relieving papers)
