Role: Site Supervisor - Interior Projects

As a Site Supervisor, you'll take ownership of day-to-day project execution coordinating vendors, managing site quality, and acting as the key link between our design team and clients. Every material, finish, and detail you oversee should reflect the vision and standard we stand for. What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end on-site execution of interior projects, ensuring seamless translation of design into reality.
- Act as the key on-ground representative, building strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Coordinate closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to maintain flow, timelines, and quality.
- Work hand-in-hand with designers to ensure every detail - materials, finishes, and proportions are executed as intended.
- Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges without compromising design or timelines.
- Maintain clarity and structure through consistent progress tracking and reporting.
- Uphold high standards of finish, detailing, and site discipline across all stages of execution.
- Drive a smooth, well-coordinated experience for clients from start to final handover.
What We’re Looking For
- Any graduate degree (preferably B.Tech Civil)
- Minimum 2 year of experience in residential or corporate interior fit-out execution
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Execution: Own end-to-end on-site execution of interior projects, ensuring designs are translated accurately into reality.
- Quality & Design Fidelity: Inspect workmanship regularly to ensure materials, finishes, and detailing match design intent.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage contractors and vendors to maintain timelines, sequencing, and quality of work.
- Client Management: Act as the main on-ground contact, giving clients regular updates and managing expectations.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve on-site issues independently without compromising quality or timelines.
- Reporting: Track and report daily/weekly progress, including photos and status updates.
- Site Discipline: Maintain safety, cleanliness, and material handling standards on-site.
- Handover: Manage snag resolution and final walkthroughs to ensure smooth project handover.

Compensation
- ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience and skill set)
