We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Business Development Executive (BDE Intern) to support our sales and client engagement process.
In this role, you will connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and help convert leads into business opportunities. You will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Freshers with good communication skills and interest in sales/digital marketing are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads via calls, emails, and other channels
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into opportunities
- Maintain regular communication with leads and build relationships
- Understand client requirements and explain company services
- Update and manage lead data in the FMS (Follow-up Management System)
- Maintain accurate records and remarks for all interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead processing
- Schedule meetings/interviews with clients
- Send reminders and important updates to clients
- Track lead status and maintain a proper sales pipeline
- Meet daily/weekly follow-up targets
- Resolve client queries in a professional manner
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain high client satisfaction
- Prepare basic reports on leads and conversions
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or pursuing)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales or customer handling
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Ads, websites)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Strong interest in sales and client handling
