Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Aviation & Charter Services to lead sales initiatives, expand client relationships, and drive revenue growth in private aviation and charter services. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and an established network within aviation, corporate travel, and high-net-worth clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow charter aviation and related services
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate, VIP, and high-net-worth clients
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, negotiations, and contract closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokers, travel partners, and aviation stakeholders
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
- Collaborate with operations and flight teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management
- Represent the company at aviation events, trade shows, and networking forums
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field
- 7+ years of proven sales experience in Aviation / Charter / Private Jet services
- Strong understanding of charter operations, aircraft types, and aviation regulations
- Existing client network in corporate travel, luxury travel, or aviation sectors (preferred)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
