ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES: Operation
Responsible for 100% placement target of customers assigned for market Vehicles, Company vehicles, local vehicles; Tailors & Containers for all over India.
Monitoring the Indent of the customers by Phone or By Mail through the traffic team. Taking the Full Placement responsibility for the customers.
Supporting the traffic team in bargain with the brokers to get the best deal or margin.
Ensuring the placement of the proper (Fit to load) vehicles according to the Indents received and collecting the documents like Broker slip, Pan Card, TDS form and other documents from the brokers.
Ensuring through the traffic team to communicate with brokers to place the vehicles with the concerned loading point.
Updating weekly vehicle hiring cost to management.
Customer site visit to avoid losses and ensure safe to load formalities.
Visiting the brokers/vendors for finding out the genuinely and creating new vendors/brokers.
Coordinate with the loading staff and depute them to the places where the loading is to be taking place as per the indents.
Ensuring prepare daily booking report and forward to all concerned, through the traffic team.
Negotiating with the Brokers/Vendors for disputed cases for:
Detention at Loading & unloading point.
Recovery of late delivery charges.
Recovery of Excess freight in case tonnage difference.
Recovery of claim amount in case of damages/leakages/shortages or of any nature like damage to the customer property.
Collection of PODS & invoices.
Controlling the tracking team.
Arranging the market loads for Company owned vehicles.
Arranging costing for the existing & new business proposals.
Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES: KAM
Maintaining the relationship with the existing customers for smooth business transformation. Ensuring regular visits to the customers at least once in each week.
Proactive in the approach for all service-related matters. Resolve client query.
Creating and maintaining reports in Excel that allows the company to get information on daily business activities.
Looking after the day-to-day affairs of Valvoline for the operational activities like:
Placement of the vehicles in a pre-decided manner in coordination with Traffic Department.
Managing & motivating the loading supervisors.
Managing the HSEQ compliances.
Ensuring proper loading to avoid shortages/leakages/damages.
Follow up with brokers/vendors/traffic department for pods.
Monitoring with the tracking department for following up with the vendors/drivers for timely report in case of issue related cases.
Day to Day INDENT report Generation.
Checking of the Bills of the customers handled for correctness of the freight & other charges. Supporting in payment collections & recovery of deductions.
Coordinating with the customer for additional ad hoc orders by quoting and arranging approvals. Reconciliation of receivables from the customers.
Coordinating with the delivery offices/depots for smooth transaction.
Verifying the pods with adverse remark and analysis of the reason for corrective actions for non-recurrence & getting the remarks verified.
Coordinating with the all the loading supervisors for various other customers and instructing for proper loading for issues.
Achieving the monthly Revenue & profitable Targets given by the Management.
Should be capable of hiring vehicle to insure 100% placement.
Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
