SAM Automation Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Service Support Executive to manage service operations, customer support, AMC coordination, and inventory activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day service support operations.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/monthly service reports.
- Coordinate with service engineers and team leaders for smooth service execution.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare quotations and AMC contracts for customers.
- Follow up with customers for AMC renewals and new AMC agreements.
- Conduct customer courtesy and feedback calls.
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in Service Support, Customer Support, Service Coordination, or AMC Management.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
