About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with a strong accounting and finance background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in data analysis, financial reporting, dashboard development, and business intelligence solutions. This role requires expertise in Power BI, data visualization, financial analysis, and transforming complex data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
· Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
· Collaborate with client’s Finance and Business teams to gather reporting requirements.
· Design KPIs, metrics, and scorecards.
· Perform data validation and reconciliation checks.
· Automate reporting processes and improve efficiency.
· Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
· Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or BI Analyst.
· Strong accounting and finance knowledge.
· Advanced Power BI experience including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
· Advanced Excel skills.
· Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· SQL experience.
· ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365).
· CPA, CA, ACCA or CMA qualification preferred.
