IT Executive / IT Support Officer

About the Role
Sree Raaga Resorts is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive / IT Support Officer to manage IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations across the resort.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, networks, and software
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT issues promptly
- Manage internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and other IT systems
- Maintain data backups and ensure system security
- Support staff with technical queries and training
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services
- Ensure smooth functioning of all technology systems
Requirements
✔ Experience in IT Support or System Administration preferred
✔ Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
✔ Familiarity with Windows operating systems and office applications
✔ Good problem-solving and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
