Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic Site Supervisor with at least 1 year of experience in site supervision. In this role, you will be the bridge between our design team, factory production, and the physical site. You will oversee daily operations, managing both raw civil construction tasks and the final, high-precision installation of modular furniture (kitchens, wardrobes, and custom units).
Key Responsibilities
1. Civil Construction Supervision
- Supervise daily on-site civil works including brickwork, plastering, tiling, electrical conduits, and plumbing routing.
- Ensure all civil modifications strictly align with the approved architectural and interior working drawings.
- Check levels, plumb lines, and right angles (90^\circ walls) meticulously, ensuring the site is perfectly prepped for modular fit-outs.
2. Modular Furniture Installation Management
- Coordinate the receipt, unboxing, and safe storage of factory-delivered modular flatpacks, hardware, and premium countertops on-site.
- Oversee the assembly and installation of dual-tone modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture pieces.
- Ensure flawless alignment, leveling, and seamless joining of modular carcasses, shutter mechanisms, and high-end hardware.
3. Vendor & Labor Coordination
- Manage on-site technicians, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and civil laborers.
- Maintain a strict daily schedule to ensure milestones are met on time without compromising quality.
- Resolve any unexpected structural or layout conflicts on-site efficiently.
4. Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure zero defects in both civil finishes and modular alignments before final project handover.
- Provide daily site progress reports, including photos and milestone updates, to the management team.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and professional site environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Site Supervisor handling interior fit-outs or residential construction.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if practical experience is strong).
- Technical Skills: * Ability to accurately read and interpret complex 2D working drawings, electrical/plumbing layouts, and modular kitchen floor plans.
- Deep understanding of civil materials, ply backings, solid acrylic finishes, and modular hardware.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, clear communication, sharp problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and personal transport for commuting between project sites.
