APM Terminals
- Handle end-to-end import and export operations.
- Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, and other trade-related documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providers.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Process and maintain records related to import/export transactions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment schedules and documentation requirements.
- Manage duty payments, customs clearance activities, and regulatory filings.
- Track logistics costs and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare periodic reports on shipment status, logistics performance, and trade activities.
