Responsibilities
Accept, analyze and execute all inquiries (all channels, Email, Co. WhatsApp etc) as per Customer needs & requirements by issuing Quotations, ensuring no inquiries go pending/ completion of reverts to customers on the same day as per guidelines set.
Responsible for increasing Quotation Conversation Ratio by doing Quotation follow-up.
Handling existing inquiries effectively to the maximum satisfaction of customers & also responsible for New Business Generation & Servicing existing customers.
Responsible for Customer KYC, and keeping Customer Code up to date
Closely coordinating supervisor for price approval and Quotation release in a timely manner.
Further processing Quotation to Sales Orders, and ensuring proper SO Booking in accordance with Offer & Purchase Order received.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
