Role Overview
We are looking for a Flutter Developer (1.5 – 3 years experience) to work on our live POS and ERP systems used by retail and food & beverage businesses.
This role involves developing and maintaining applications related to billing, order management, inventory, and reporting. You will work closely with product and design teams and gain strong domain knowledge in POS and ERP systems.
A structured knowledge transfer will be provided by an experienced Flutter developer currently working on the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter & Dart
- Work on features related to: Billing & invoicing, Order management (Dine-in / Takeaway / Online), Inventory & stock management, Reports & dashboards
- Integrate REST APIs and handle data efficiently
- Work with SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- Build responsive and adaptive user interfaces
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product teams
- Debug, test, and maintain existing applications
- Learn and implement AI-powered features into business workflows over time
Must-Have Skills
- 1.5+ years of experience with Flutter & Dart
- Strong understanding of OOPS concepts
- Experience with API integration and data handling
- Ability to build responsive & adaptive UI
- Basic to good knowledge of SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- Willingness to work on live production systems and learn business workflows
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with Flutter state management
(GetX preferred, Provider / Riverpod / Bloc also acceptable)
- Exposure to Flutter Web
- Experience in POS / ERP / billing / order-based systems
- Testing & debugging experience
- Git / GitHub usage
- Basic backend understanding (Node.js / Django / Laravel / Spring Boot – any one)
- Basic cloud or deployment exposure
- Interest in AI-powered application features
Training
- Direct code walkthroughs from an experienced Flutter developer
- Domain training on Retail and Food & Beverage POS workflows
- Support during the initial transition period
