- Correctly Positioning company Offerings and Strengths.
- Making and Presenting Proposals.
- Final discussions with the stakeholders.
- Ensuring project execution team to get all the relevant details and access to the relevant people
- in the customer organisation.
- Take ownership of project team to deliver as per the terms of the order.
- Collect payments (advance and bills receivables).
- Win a written testimonial from the client/ influencers - as evidence of good job done by teams.
- Manage client relationship - for future repeat business/ references
