Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to generate leads, follow up with prospects, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify real estate leads.
- Explain property details, pricing, offers, and project benefits.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and interested customers.
- Maintain customer records in CRM software.
- Handle incoming enquiries from social media, websites, portals, and advertisements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
Required Skills
- Excellent Tamil communication skills.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
