We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Soft Skill Coach to train and mentor students under skill development programs. The role involves enhancing communication, employability, and workplace readiness skills to prepare candidates for job placements and corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions on communication skills, personality development, grooming, and professional etiquette.
- Train students in interview preparation, resume building, and group discussions.
- Deliver modules on teamwork, leadership, time management, and workplace behavior.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide structured feedback.
- Assess student performance through activities and evaluations.
- Maintain attendance records, training reports, and performance data.
- Coordinate with Placement Team to align training with employer expectations.
- Motivate and mentor students to improve confidence and career readiness.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in soft skills training or coaching.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle classroom and group training sessions.
- Good knowledge of corporate culture and employability skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & basic documentation.
