- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Lead the adoption of best practices in test automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with overall project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and tools.
