Requirements & Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage daily assembly line operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
* Lead, train, and motivate assembly line staff while maintaining a productive and collaborative work environment.
* Monitor production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and adjust workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies through regular inspections and audits.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices.
* Troubleshoot production and assembly issues, taking corrective actions to maintain smooth operations.
* Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments to ensure seamless production flow.
* Maintain accurate production records, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
* Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and utilization of machinery, equipment, and tools.
* Analyze production performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
* Proven experience in assembly line supervision, production management, or manufacturing operations.
* Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and workplace safety practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
