About the Company
AKV Buildcon Private Limited is a growing real estate company engaged in residential plots-Yamuna Expressway (near Noida International Airport) and in Dholera-Green Field Smart City (near Ahmedabad Gujarat, investment projects, and land development opportunities. We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calling, references, digital platforms, and site visits.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide project information.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
- Coordinate with CRM and management teams for client documentation.
- Maintain proper client database and sales records.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Participate in marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Prepare daily sales reports and activity updates.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Positive attitude and professional personality.
- Two-Wheeler preferred.
- Hindi communication mandatory; basic English preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Sales background preferred.

Working Hours
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekly off (Monday)
Additional Requirements
