Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounting function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, taxation, financial planning, compliance, and team leadership.
This role requires a strong understanding of financial controls, statutory compliance, and business finance, along with the ability to contribute strategically to organizational growth. Prior experience in the telecom or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure timely reporting to management.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle ROC/SEBI-related compliance and company secretarial coordination.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial variance analysis.
- Perform working capital management and cash flow planning.
- Conduct financial due diligence and capex analysis.
Audit & Controls
- Manage internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure process compliance.
Costing & Inventory
- Oversee cost accounting, inventory management, and fixed asset accounting.'
- Monitor cost efficiency and recommend improvements.
Banking & Liaison
- Liaise with banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage banking activities including LC, BG, CC, and OD limits.
Sales, Purchase & Import/Export
- Supervise purchase and sales invoicing, including import/export transactions.
- Handle import/export documentation and compliance requirements.
Receivables & Payables
- Monitor and control accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles.
- Ensure timely collections and payments.
Process Improvement & Systems
- Drive process improvements and efficiency in accounting operations
- . Support ERP implementation and system enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Commerce Graduate (B.Com or equivalent).
- Professional qualifications such as CA/CMA (preferred).
- 10+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in financial reporting and finalization.
- Proficiency in accounting systems/ERP and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecom or manufacturing industry.
- Exposure to import/export accounting and documentation.
- Knowledge of company secretarial practices.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
