Operations Management
- Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of multiple outlets.
- Ensure all outlets comply with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase profitability and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop Outlet Managers and staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Ensure adequate manpower planning across outlets.
- Build a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Experience
- Ensure excellent customer service across all outlets.
- Resolve customer escalations promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Financial Management
- Monitor outlet budgets, expenses, and profitability.
- Control food costs, labour costs, and wastage.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with statutory, labour, and company regulations.
- Maintain operational records and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Maintenance teams.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
