Roles & Responsibilities:
A. Strategic Management at Regional level:
- Ensure that the Branch staffs constantly strive to realise the Company’s Vision and Mission by adhering to Company’s values and code of conduct.
- Manage the market research activity for both Branch expansion and product development.
- Branch Setup and Management including Roll-out.
- Developing annual business plan and budget for the Region – products and services, client growth, credit needs, cash flows, profitability; and indent funds accordingly – to be done in every February for the ensuing financial year.
- Set monthly / quarterly / annual targets for the BMs in consultation with the Zonal Managers and ensure Branches achieve their overall targets.
- Monitor performance of the Branches in achieving their targets and analyse variations from targets and report to the Senior Management.
- Support the Senior Management in decision making on target setting.
- Manage new product launch as per the directives of HO.
- Identify opportunities for income generation; facilitate market linkages for products and services, arranging job oriented skill training.
