We need a Ledger Executive for night shift.
Core Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable and Payable
Post and categorize daily financial transactions into the general ledger.
Reconcile accounts receivable and payable sub-ledgers against the general ledger.
Generate, review, and send accurate invoices, memos to customers.
Send emails to clients for outstanding memos/payment on Invoices.
Record and apply customer payments (cash, check, bank transfers) to the appropriate ledger accounts.
Investigate and resolve customer billing discrepancies or short payments.
Receive, verify, and match vendor invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
The candidate should be well versed in English communication.
This is a night shift job (US Timings)
Candidates from and around Surat will be considered.
Timings will be 7.30PM-3.30AM / 8.30PM-4.30AM
Monday to Friday
Salary: Rs.20000 to 35000 per month
