Medimode Pharmacy is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about healthcare, enjoy helping customers, and are eager to build a career in the retail pharmacy industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
* Support pharmacists with day-to-day pharmacy operations.
* Receive, arrange, and replenish stock.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
* Monitor inventory and assist with stock management.
* Handle billing and basic documentation when required.
* Follow company policies and pharmacy procedures.
Requirements
* Completion of a Pharmacy Assistant Course or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in a retail pharmacy is preferred but freshers are encouraged to apply.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
