- Manage and process reservations through the Central Reservation System (CRS) and other distribution platforms.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or online channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Coordinate with hotel front office, sales, and operations teams to update room availability and special requests.
- Monitor daily bookings, cancellations, and modifications to ensure system accuracy.
- Assist in implementing rate strategies, promotions, and inventory management.
- Maintain reservation records, prepare daily/weekly booking reports, and share updates with relevant teams.
- Upsell hotel services, packages, and room upgrades to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
- Resolve guest booking-related concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and maintain data accuracy in CRS.
- Support the Reservations Manager in achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
