A Hospitality Trainer designs and delivers specialized educational programs to service staff. They are hired on a contract basis to upskill teams in customer service, grooming, professional etiquette, and operational standards to elevate the overall guest experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Program Delivery: Lead engaging, interactive training sessions, workshops, and role-plays for hotel, restaurant, or aviation staff.
- Curriculum Design: Customize training modules (e.g., front office operations, housekeeping, food & beverage) to align with the client’s brand and specific business goals.
- Soft Skills Coaching: Train personnel in active listening, empathy, professional grooming, and conflict resolution.
- Performance Assessment: Evaluate trainee progress through practical assessments, quizzes, and KPIs, providing actionable feedback.
- Material Development: Create and update physical or e-learning training manuals, visual aids, and lesson plans.
