Ciklum is looking for a Senior Talent Fulfilment Specialist to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:
As a Senior Talent Fulfilment Specialist, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end sourcing for niche and high-volume roles using Boolean, X-Ray,
- Recruiter, and creative channel strategies

Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles before requisitions are formally opened

Continuously benchmark sourcing effectiveness and pivot strategies based on results

Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — translating business needs into executable talent strategies

Deliver proactive updates, market intelligence, and calibration feedback to keep stakeholders aligned

Manage expectations with confidence, including difficult conversations around market realities and offer positioning

Track and own key metrics — time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source-of-hire, and quality-of-hire — on a weekly basis

Use data to self-correct sourcing strategies, prioritise requisitions, and report progress to leadership

Maintain ATS hygiene and ensure all recruitment data is accurate, structured, and reportable

Deliver a consistent, world-class candidate journey — timely communication, structured feedback, and transparent process management

Champion Ciklum's employer brand through every candidate interaction

Partner closely with TA Leads and global TA partners on cross-regional hiring and best-practice sharing

Support TA initiatives including employer branding, DEI hiring programs, and process improvement projects

Proactively source and engage passive and active candidates across multiple channels

Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs

Use recruitment data and metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes

Partner with hiring managers, providing market insights and clear communication throughout the hiring process

Manage multiple vacancies while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience

Collaborate with TA team members, sharing knowledge and supporting continuous improvement

Support hiring across EMEA and North America, with flexibility to work across time zones when needed
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

5–8 years of talent acquisition experience in a fast- paced tech or services environment
Proven sourcing expertise: Boolean, X-Ray,- Recruiter, and beyond

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills — experience managing multiple hiring managers simultaneously

Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools

Comfortable owning and presenting weekly recruitment metrics to leadership

Experience hiring for global markets (EMEA / US) is a strong advantage
