Role Description
We are seeking motivated individuals for a Technical Trainee role at our Chennai location (Hybrid/Onsite). This role involves learning/working On Job by participating in training sessions, assisting with company live projects, designing and delivering instructional content, and gaining hands-on experience in a supportive learning environment. The position is designed to help individuals grow professionally and hone their expertise in a real-world IT services context with Job Security.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program to enhance your technical skills in software development.
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and test software applications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Contribute to team meetings and discussions, offering fresh perspectives and ideas.
- Engage in continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and self-study to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Support the team in documentation of processes, code, and other technical materials.
- Work on real-life projects to apply your knowledge and skills in a practical setting.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently/collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
