Job Summary :- We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chinese Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing authentic and Indo-Chinese dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
- Operate wok stations efficiently and maintain consistency in every order.
- Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and plating. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and inform management about stock requirements. Store ingredients properly to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
- Work closely with the kitchen team during busy service hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Chinese Cook or Wok Chef.
- Good knowledge of Chinese sauces, seasonings, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and good time management skills.
Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in a busy restaurant or cloud kitchen.
Knowledge of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Chinese cuisine.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
