Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining food quality, ensuring hygiene standards, and delivering an excellent dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete kitchen operations and staff management
- Plan menus and ensure quality & consistency of food
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Control food cost, wastage, and inventory
- Train and guide kitchen team members
- Coordinate with management for smooth operations
- Ensure timely food preparation and service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Head Chef / Senior Chef
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and passionate about food
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
