Job SummaryWe are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Digital Marketing Trainer to design and deliver high-impact training programs. You will educate students or professionals, bridge skills gaps, and guide hands-on campaign execution.Core Responsibilities
- Deliver Training: Conduct engaging classroom, hybrid, or virtual sessions on end-to-end digital marketing modules.
- Develop Curriculum: Create and update structured course content, practical assignments, and assessment modules.
- Mentor Campaigns: Guide trainees through building, running, and optimizing live SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
- Track Progress: Monitor individual learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and offer remedial support.
- Stay Updated: Continuously research and integrate new platform updates, AI tools, and industry trends into training.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Domain Expertise: Advanced knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Email Marketing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, public speaking, and ability to simplify highly technical concepts.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of active digital marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a teaching or mentoring role.
- Certifications: Valid certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress), Canva, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
