Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic *Java Full Stack Developer* to work on Education-based projects (B.Tech, M.Tech, PhD level)* along with *R\&D initiatives and real-time application development*.
The ideal candidate will contribute to *developing scalable web applications, support academic and research-driven projects, and participate in **Technology Expos and innovation showcases. This role offers exposure to **end-to-end development, real-time applications, and modern enterprise solutions*.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain *full-stack web applications* using Java technologies.
* Work on *academic projects (B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD level)* and assist in development and mentoring.
* Contribute to *R\&D and innovation projects* for *technology expos and product demonstrations*.
* Develop *real-time enterprise-level applications*.
* Build robust backend services using *Java and Spring Boot*.
* Develop responsive UIs using *modern frontend technologies*.
* Create and consume *RESTful APIs* and integrate third-party services.
* Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, researchers, and stakeholders.
* Stay updated with emerging trends in *Java ecosystem and full-stack development*.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Backend Development (Java)
Strong proficiency in:
* *Java (Core & Advanced Java)*
* *Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security*
* Experience in building:
* RESTful APIs and microservices
* Knowledge of:
* Hibernate / JPA
Frontend Development:
* Experience with:
* *HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript*
* Familiarity with frameworks:
* *Angular / React.js / Vue.js*
* Understanding of:
* Responsive design and UI/UX principles
Database Management:
* Hands-on experience with:
* *MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle*
* Knowledge of:
* Database design, queries, and performance tuning
Full Stack & Integration:
* Understanding of *end-to-end application development*

* Authentication (JWT, OAuth)
Development & Deployment:
