Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive AVP – Knowledge Partner (Aggregator) who will be responsible for developing institutional and academic partnerships, identifying market trends, and exploring futuristic courses that can be implemented in ITIs across Uttar Pradesh. The role requires strong research, networking, and collaboration skills to enhance the quality and relevance of skill development programs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop Institutional tie-ups and academic collaborations with universities, training institutes, and industry partners.
· Identify and onboard knowledge partners to strengthen the training ecosystem.
· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the education and skill development sector.
· Explore and recommend futuristic and industry-relevant courses suitable for implementation in ITIs in Uttar Pradesh.
· Coordinate with academic and industry stakeholders to ensure relevant course content and training standards.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and partnerships.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for strategic academic initiatives.
· Work closely with internal teams to support program development and implementation.

· Good understanding of skill development programs and the ITI ecosystem.
· Strong research and analytical skills to identify market trends and future courses.
· Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Public Policy, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
