Customer Relationship Manager – Roles & Responsibilities
(Incentive Base Per sales - (12000 to 20000)
Lead Handling
- Make outbound calls to generated leads
- Attend inbound enquiry calls
- Explain project / product details clearly
Customer Follow-Up
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Maintain proper call schedule and reminders
- Convert enquiries into site visits / appointments
- Sales Support
- Share offers, pricing, location advantages
- Coordinate with sales team for site visits
- Update customers about new launches & schemes
- Data Management
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Update CRM / Excel / Google Sheets daily
- Track lead status: Interested / Not Interested / Call Back
Customer Relationship
- Build good rapport with customers
- Handle basic customer queries politely
- Maintain professional calling etiquette
Target Achievement
- Achieve daily call & monthly conversion targets
- Report performance to team leader
Compliance & Discipline
- Follow company scripts and call flow
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data
- Work with honesty and professionalis
Skills Required
- Good communication (Tamil mandatory, English basic)
- Convincing & listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude & patience
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
