Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and improve our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system administration, network management, and IT support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
Perform regular data backups and ensure system security.
Maintain and update IT documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and repairs.
Implement and enforce IT policies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2–4 years of proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
Experience with network administration (LAN, WAN, VPN).
Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus, and data protection protocols.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace).
Knowledge of server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSA.
